The site offers visitors comprehensive information about the practice, the chiropractic field, and preventive care and best practices. Visitors can also request an appointment online, alerting the client via email.
But the Inertia Health Center site is more than a static website: it features a custom content management system that allows the client to add, edit, or remove categories and pages at any time, from any web browser.
The main page is bold, yet warm, and alludes to the athletes that comprise one of the practice's primary markets.
The main navigation bar features drop-down menus for each category. Note how the bottom-left corner of “About” becomes rectangular to adjoin to its sub-men.
Pages are set comfortably within their own frame and can include a variety of media. Each page also features a secondary navigation bar so that it can be located within its parent category – “About”, in this instance, which is also highlighted on the main navigation bar.
A special page is setup that allows patients to quickly and easily schedule an appointment. Requests are sent to the client instantly via email.
Administrators can access a separate management version of the site, allowing them to quickly and easily add new content. The top of the management site allows administrators to select a category, add a new category or rearrange categories.
If any errors occur while creating or updating a category or page, a clear error message is shown and the associated fields' labels are given a more specific and accessible error message.
The contents of pages and categories can instantly be edited, and when a category is selected – “Athletes”, in this case – a side menu appears with options to edit, add or rearrange its individual pages.
